1 oz beef and pork meatballs, tossed in a chili and cranberry sauce.
Vegetable platter.
Entree:
Cumin Roasted Chicken with tomatillo sauce -chicken breast, seasoned with different herbs and spices with cumin, roasted at high heat served with tomatillo sauce, over a bed of rice pilaf cooked in a chicken broth served with vegetables.
DESSERT:
Chefs famous bread pudding garnished with in house made vanilla bean whipped cream.
